|
The fScanX® package:
If you require support for older OS versions, contact us to discuss what features and scanners are supported by older versions of fScanX. fScanX will scan single- or double-sided documents, black-&-white or color or grayscale, directly into multi-page TIFF or PDF files. At last Macintosh users and developers can integrate high-speed production document scanning into their workflows! In addition to the stand-alone scanning application shown below, the package includes an Automator action for easy integration of scanning into workflows, and a command-line utility for full-control scripting of scanning functions.
We've used the ease of FileMaker, the flexibility of AppleScript, and the ever-growing features of fScanX to create what I consider the ultimate in business automation. Fujitsu's great scanners coupled with Scott's excellent software, service, and support makes it a no- brainer. Anyone serious about running a business on a Mac needs fScanx. Aaron Smith & Ryan Thorpe This rocks! Today I borrowed an fi-4120c scanner, bought the fScanX package, unpacked the scanner, plugged it in to my G5 running Panther, and 20 minutes later I had implemented a scan function inside 4D (using the excellent Scripting Tools to do the command line), and could display the scanned documents with QPIX in my 4D layout. Simply awesome! Thanks Scott! Nils Kollandsrud, Ixmal Intelesis fScanX is available by online purchase at $149-$1,999 (USD) per scanner, depending on the scanner model. If you already have access to a compatible scanner, you can download the software right now to try it out. The software will watermark scans until you purchase a license. (If you have an older ScanSnap that is not supported on your Mac, check out fScanX Home Edition to see if your scanner is supported.) |
